Peter Costa

Peter Costa (also known as "The Poet" or "Silver Fox") is a Cypriot-born British poker player with over two decades of experience in the global poker scene. With total live earnings exceeding $2 million, Peter has achieved remarkable success, including notable wins such as being the final champion of the last "Hall of Fame" poker tournament held at Binion's in Las Vegas, and the first player to win the Aussie Millions in Melbourne, Australia. His victories span across the US, Europe, and the UK.

Despite an unpredictable year in poker that few could have anticipated, Peter's passion for the game evolved into an obsession with creating new games for both poker and casino industries. Partnering with poker legend Phil Hellmuth, Peter secured three patents and went on to develop over three dozen additional games. He is now exploring various opportunities to bring his creations to market.

While Peter continues to attend a few poker events each year, his focus has shifted to his love for animals, with a growing desire to rescue and care for more pets.

Peter’s involvement in media extends beyond televised poker events. He has appeared in documentaries and starred as himself in an independent production. In addition, Peter’s passion for writing, particularly poetry, led him to become the most popular author for the Poker Player Newspaper.

From humble beginnings with fish and chips in the UK to poker chips in the USA, Peter’s journey is one of transformation. Ultimately, he hopes to leave behind a legacy through his games, dedicating them to his loved ones—human and animal alike.
